Town Center Company has been around since 1971 and started with ownership and management of hotels.  In 1980, Jim Huesing bought his first shopping center in Erlanger, KY and soon after the business grew with the steady acquisition of well located shopping centers.  Paul Granick started working for Town Center Company in 1976 at one of the hotel properties while working to earn his degree from the University of Cincinnati.  Paul stayed on with the company as it phased out of the hotel business and continued to grow, with more shopping centers needing to be leased and managed.  Catherine Caldwell joined the team in 1987 as Jim Huesing’s personal secretary, office manager and accounting and billing specialist.  Town Center Company continued to accumulate shopping centers to manage and added office buildings and free standing pharmacy, restaurant and other retail properties.  Sean Sullivan came on board in 1996 to help with the leasing, management and construction projects of the growing portfolio of real estate properties.  Sharon Lake joined Town Center Company in 2012 to help with administrative duties, accounting and billing.
